Upper Chesapeake Youth Football League May 1st, 2012 Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: 7:04pm Board Members/Programs in Attendance: Aberdeen, BelAir, Edgewood, Emmorton, Joppatowne, Fallston, Jarrettsville, HDG, Cecil County, Hereford, Towson, Perry Hall, Greg Beaty, Bob Chubb, Tonya Berry, Duvowel Peeker, Bob Elliott, Tom Coard, John Schofield and Debbe Jones. Meeting Minutes for April were provided for all to review. All members in attendance approved minutes.
Presentations----All Sports Photography, Help Fund Young Athletes, and Sports Images Photography
President Report:
Advised all that BOG members are meeting tonight as well to discuss the emails and votes taken at the last BOG meeting.
Currently looking into sponsorship for the UCYFL to help raise money and businesses would be able to advertise at fields. Still researching this possibility, not sure if all fields can place signs.
Spoke about Jameel McClain football camp being held on June 16th @ Cunion Field

Tom Coard (White Division) discussed a fundraising opportunity between the programs and Towson Football. Each clinic team would be responsible for selling tickets to Towson games in turn the players would be able to play a game on the field prior to a Friday night game.
