Executive Board Members in Attendance:  Keith Fletcher (Pres.),Vince Hagley (VP Rules), Ian Mitchell (VP Scheduling), Jamie Eckels (Secretary) 

President’s Report:  Mid MD would like to participate in the All Pro Championships- All Pro and League presidents are discussing the possibility. 

VP of Scheduling Report:  N/a 

Treasurers Report:  All bills are paid.   

VP of Rules Report:  New rule proposed to insert shotgun in 6U- Voted down with an 11(no) – 3 (yes) vote.   

Blue Division Report: Nothing new to report.   

Gold Division Report: Nothing new to report.   

White Division Report: Nothing new to report.   

Old Business:   New rule proposed to insert shotgun in 6U- Voted down with an 11(no) – 3 (yes) vote.   

New Business:  Weight rule will be re-worded to clarify any misunderstandings. Programs reported current registration numbers thus far.
