Call to Order: 7:06pm Board Members/Programs in Attendance: Havre de Grace, Edgewood, Cecil County, Jarrettsville, Joppatowne, Hereford, Perry Hall, North Harford, Fallston, Greg Beaty, Bob Chubb, Charlie Dawson, Bob Elliott, and Debbe Jones. Meeting Minutes for June provided for all to review. Danny motioned to approve, all members in attendance approved May minutes.
President Report:
Spoke in regards to the Jameel McClain camp
VP of Rules:
Waiting for updated rule book from Sean
VP of Scheduling:
Went over matrix with all members regarding games/divisions
Programs need to submit dates as soon as possible regarding field closure
Asked about changing names of the 2 divisions
Secretary: No Report Treasurer: Not in attendance Division Commissioners:
Tom Coard spoke in regards to the Towson University fundraiser
Old/New Business:
Mandatory Coaches meeting? All agreed it was a good idea to have one this yr to go over the few changes in rules and introduce the new board. Secretary will call center to find a date for meeting
Question was asked about TT and if a player must stay TT all yr. Yes, once a player is on the roster as TT they must stay the whole season. TT Stickers need to be on helmets again this yr. Ian will order additional stickers for programs
